Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate for a Part-Time hourly role in Phoenix. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products aligned with their goals, while also restocking and maintaining visual merchandising. You’ll handle online orders, learn product details, and support store operations.

• 18 years or older and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Part-time hourly role with ability to stand for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer to create a friendly shopping environment.
• Help customers choose right products and up-sell based on knowledge of offerings.
• Drive for results to meet store and personal sales goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately per guidelines.
• Continue to learn product features and benefits and stay updated on wellness news.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, deposits, and store presentation.
