Job summary

GNC in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored product recommendations. You’ll promote the Live Well philosophy, while handling stocking, online orders, and store upkeep.

You’ll engage customers to drive sales, learn product knowledge, and support opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and merchandising in a fast paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Able to stand/walk up to eight hours.
• Able to work nights/mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer, provide friendly in-store assistance and recommendations.
• Advise, sell and promote products based on customers' needs and product knowledge.
• Drive for results to achieve store and personal sales goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately per guidelines.
• Restock products and maintain visual merchandising; perform cleaning duties.
• Support store management with opening/closing duties and cash handling.
