Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers understand their needs and create personalized shopping experiences. You will welcome customers, advise, sell, and recommend products while promoting the Live Well philosophy.

When not assisting customers, you will restock, maintain visual merchandising, fulfill online orders, and help ensure the store runs smoothly. You must be able to stand and perform light lifting, work varied hours including weekends, and contribute to a welcoming store

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, able to understand customers' needs and translate them into product recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer and help them choose the right products.
• Advise, sell, and recommend products based on customers' needs and knowledge of offerings.
• Drive for results to achieve store and personal sales goals and productivity targets.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and on time in line with company guidelines.
• Stay informed about nutritional, wellness, and fitness products to boost product knowledge.
• Support store opening/closing and daily operations, including cash handling and inventory checks.
