Job summary

GNC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience in our store. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend products aligned with the Live Well philosophy.

Responsibilities include restocking, merchandising, and fulfilling online orders while promoting a high standard of customer service. Ideal candidates will engage customers, drive sales, and represent the GNC brand with reliability and flexibility across varied hours, including weekends

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell and advise customers.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to understand needs and recommend products.
• Ability to greet customers, promote the Live Well message and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer and create a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help them choose products and make recommendations.
• Drive for results to achieve store and personal sales goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately per guidelines.
• Stay updated on nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and appearance.
