Job summary

Whole Foods Market Memphis is seeking a friendly Team Member to provide courteous customer service in the Whole Body department, maintain attractive displays, and ensure product quality and safety. You’ll handle customer orders, assist training, and promote store programs while upholding health and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service in the Whole Body department.
• Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper product rotation.
• Log, process, and retrieve customer special orders.
• Assist in training new Team Members and follow training materials.
• Support national, regional, and store programs and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow Weights and Measures procedures.
