Job summary

The Northbridge Companies in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Wellness Nurse RN/LPN for a full-time role with no weekend shifts. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available.

You will care for residents in our assisted living community, maintain accurate records, and support comprehensive, compassionate care. Responsibilities include care-plan development, health assessments, medication administration, and timely communication with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license.
• Strong communication with residents, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop and review personalized care plans.
• Perform health assessments and monitor changes in residents.

• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Communicate with families about health status and changes.
