Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time NP experience required.
• Must be licensed in South Carolina.
• Current credentials to practice in accordance with state and licensing regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care through assessment, diagnosis, management, treatment and counseling.
• Manage Restore's weight management program.
• Document client visits via electronic medical records.
