Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join The Boulevard Saint Peters team as a charge/Wellness Nurse Manager for the 7p-7a shift. This full-time role located in Saint Peters, MO offers pay between $35 and $40 per hour and includes benefits.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise the wellness team in the absence of department heads.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct (hands-on) nursing care, including medication passes.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current medication regulations and law.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• Experience with EMR preferred but not required.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Must be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration.
• Lead the Wellness team and assist departments in delivering person-centered care.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Support residents with mobility and daily activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with current care standards and regulations.

Position—Wellness Nurse Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Wellness Nurse Manager pay range: $35 - $40 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00pm to 7:00am

• To be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building. Be active in the department, assisting and leading the Wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person-centered care is provided.
• To be a Force on the Floor: A good leader sets a good example: Be available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the needs, great or small, of a resident first.
• To be a Diligent Documenter: Resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents should be completed accurately and efficiently, and filed correctly.

What are we looking for?

• You must have currentLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment.
• You will provide direct (hands-on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• You will have thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• You will have comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• You will have knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
• You may have experience in hands-on care of memory impaired residents is preferred, but not required.
• You may have experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as it is preferred, but not required.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds and perform two-person transfers.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
