Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our wellness-focused team in Texas. You will lead clinical operations, administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections, and educate clients about our IV nutrients and services.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, patient education, and collaboration with a medical director and licensed providers. You will work on-site with responsibilities spanning documentation, patient safety, and program promotion, reporting to the

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• At least two years’ nursing experience in acute care settings (ER/ICU/Med‑Surg).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of injections administration experience.
• Comfort with electronic medical records for client documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse clientele without judgment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
• Commitment to adhere to all policies and medical compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Drip Therapy and IM injections per menu.
• Educate clients on IV Drip products and ingredients.
• Administer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
• Utilize blood tests to optimize client wellness.
• Promote memberships and medical services per client needs.
• Document visits in electronic medical records.
• Address client questions with guidance from Medical Director and providers.
• Communicate issues to medical compliance team as needed.
• Provide therapeutic communication and excellent service to clients.
• Assist staff with store services and special events.
• Report to Lead Nurse and General Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
