Job summary

Sunshine Retirement Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide person-centered care in our assisted living and memory care communities. You will monitor resident health, administer medications, and respond to changes in health status in collaboration with physicians and families.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN or RN license, experience in geriatric or long-term care, and can document care using electronic health records while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN or RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English professionally.
• No disqualifying criminal or care offenses per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report resident conditions and document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN/RN scope.
• Provide person-centered care with safety and dignity for residents.
• Communicate with families and primary physicians regarding care plans.
