Job summary

Aegis Living Napa is seeking a Wellness Nurse to join a dedicated nursing team. The role offers full-time hours with opportunities for growth in nursing leadership and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision and tuition assistance.

As a Wellness Nurse, you will provide direct nursing services to residents, coordinate care with families and physicians, and ensure accurate health records and documentation.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license is required and must be active.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with seniors.
• Willingness to undergo TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to residents.
• Participate in training care staff.
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians.
• Communicate care plan changes to staff.
• Communicate with families and physicians.
• Document and report investigations as needed.
• Conduct fall risk, skin, and pain assessments; perform Fast Scale assessments.
• Provide wound care and manage medications.
• Audit eMARS and the medication cart.
• Maintain accurate resident health records.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Provide nursing services to residents
• Participate in training of care staff

Qualifications
