Job summary

OhioHealth Neuro Wellness Center - Admin is seeking an experienced customer-service oriented professional to drive sales of CH&F and related programs. You will manage scheduling, billing, and enrollment while supporting marketing prompts and outreach initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to excellent member experiences. Day shift with steady hours and integration into the Neuro Wellness Center team.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for representation and selling NWC programs.
• Demonstrates conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Three to five years of face-to-face customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell NWC programs and services to groups and individuals; provide program information and tours.
• Maintain marketing databases; make outgoing calls to improve member retention.
• Process enrollment testing requests and medical freezes; schedule program services.
• Provide weekly/monthly management reports; support event marketing and outreach.
