Qualifications

• 1 year general experience working with the public is required.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be outgoing, personable and able to multitask while maintaining professionalism with customers.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new members and guests to the Healthplex, assisting them in a courteous and professional manner.
• Man the check in desk to ensure only paying members in good standing are using the facility; greet members as they enter and leave; issue keys and lap counters; receive, screen and refer calls and visitors.
• Ring up sales at the cash register, provide correct change and issue receipts; maintain front desk appearance and data entry.
• Contribute to the Healthplex's overall effectiveness by assisting in other areas as necessary.
• Participate in continuing education programs.
• Assist in supervision and safety within the Healthplex.
