Job summary

Invited is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide expert massage services to members and guests at our club, delivering personalized, rejuvenating experiences with attention to comfort and safety.

You will perform diverse techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports), maintain records, collaborate with the spa team, and uphold the club's high standards in a tranquil, welcoming environment across a resort-style setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized massage therapy program from an accredited institution.
• A valid state massage therapy license or certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a resort, country club, or high-end spa.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, particularly in relation to soft tissue manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques (deep tissue, hot stone, sports) tailored to member/guest needs.
• Provide consultations to understand needs, preferences, and aftercare recommendations.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain accurate records of member/guest preferences and history.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training and team meetings.
• Promote spa services and specials through member engagement efforts.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and prepare treatment rooms between appointments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols for client and staff welfare.
