Job summary

Life Time is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide a range of massage services that complement fitness programs and enhance guests’ wellbeing. You will tailor sessions to individual needs and educate clients on LifeSpa products and treatments.

Work with the LifeSpa team to deliver a superior, professional experience, maintain a clean environment, and stay current with certifications and trends in massage therapy to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Ability to perform all massage services.
• Ability to calculate figures (discounts, commissions, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic PC operating.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members professionally.
• Provide individualized massage therapies meeting client needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized client relationships.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa products and treatments.
• Maintain LifeSpa appearance and cleanliness.
• Be an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance routines.
• Promote and upsell massage services and encourage repeat visits.
• Keep current on certifications and trends in the industry.
