Life Time Inc. is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide a range of massage therapy services that complement fitness programs and enhance guest well-being within LifeSpa and Salon. The role focuses on tailoring sessions to individual needs and building ongoing client relationships in a professional club setting.

The position involves educating clients on LifeSpa and Salon offerings, maintaining a clean workspace, and staying up-to-date with certifications and trends in massage therapy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Ability to perform all massage services.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of basic PC operating.
• 2 years massage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of body treatments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide individualized massage therapy services meeting clients' needs.
• Initiate and maintain personalized client relationships.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintain LifeSpa and Salon appearance and cleanliness.
• Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote and sell massage therapy services and encourage repeat business.
• Remain current on certifications and new industry trends.
