Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing Team in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You will set up and operate tubes/bottles filling lines, adjust equipment, verify labels, and ensure quality. The role includes longevity bonuses, profit sharing after 6 months, and periodic pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and meet quality standards.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs consistently for a full shift.
• Read, write and perform basic math for reporting.
• Operate mechanical equipment and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines for filling tubes and bottles.
• Prepare lines by adjusting heights, levels, heat, caps and rails.
• Check labels, stamps, and rails for accuracy and quality.
• Run filling lines within quality standards and batch coding.
• Complete reports and assist in training other associates.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and clean-up tasks.
