Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join our fast-paced, patient-centered clinic teams. You will welcome patients, support doctors, and participate in hands-on training to develop clinical skills and provide an exceptional care experience.

Starting wage is $17 per hour with paid training, flexible shifts, and opportunities for growth through mentorship, career mapping, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision and 401K. Must be able to commute to the clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or people-focused environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized, learn quickly, and provide a great patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout their visits
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow
• Learn hands-on clinical skills through paid training
• Guide patients through exercises as directed by the doctor
• Schedule appointments and update patient records
• Support daily clinic operations and create a welcoming environment
• Assist with community outreach and patient wellness education
