Job summary

Ymca Of Southern Nevada is seeking a personal trainer and fitness floor supervisor to create a welcoming and engaging environment for our members. You will ensure all fitness areas are safe and spotless, while actively connecting with members to support their goals and demonstrate proper, safe equipment use.

This role emphasizes health, safety, and community, with opportunities to build relationships, promote wellness, and contribute to a positive fitness experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Health and Wellness Center to protect participant safety at all times.
• Enforces facility rules and ensures suitable conduct from participants.
• Demonstrates safe and effective use of all Center equipment.
• Conducts member orientations within specified time frames.
• Clears safety hazards and reports issues to Health and Wellness Director.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to abuse risk management policies and mandatory reporting requirements.

Education

Personal Training Certificate
