NIFS is seeking a Health Fitness Specialist to design exercise programs, conduct fitness assessments, provide nutritional guidance, and deliver high-quality wellness services across the Fitness Center. The role includes supervising staff, managing group classes, and ensuring safety and customer care in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a health-related degree, ACSM certification preferred, and CPR/AED/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related field, preferably from a four-year college/university.

Responsabilités

• Assess health status of members and provide exercise and wellness recommendations.
• Teach group exercise classes onsite and adapt to varied fitness levels.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks with professional judgment.
• Assist with marketing and client programs and maintain positive member rapport.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies while maintaining quality.
• Cross-train with other staff and support front desk or coverage roles as needed.
