Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide members through customized Peak Vitality protocols.
• Operate and oversee wellness, recovery, and performance technologies.
• Educate clients on the purpose and benefits of services.
• Build relationships and create a high-level client experience.
• Learn clients' goals, progress, and changing needs.
• Help members stay engaged with wellness plans.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with scheduling, notes, and day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or programs.
• Communicate with fitness, nutrition, medical, and leadership teams.
