About the Director of Nursing Position

Qualifications & Skills

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN)

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

May be responsible for leading additional clinical leadership team up to five members. The HWD level for each community is determined based on the total complexity of the role. Complexity criteria include, but are not limited to, factors such as size, type of product lines, medication management regulations, 90-day assessment requirements, multiple licensure requirements, state regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.Salary Minimum: 79440Salary Maximum: 101200
