Job summary

The DRIPBaR Edina is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to welcome clients, educate them on IV therapy, and support daily operations. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and coordinating onboarding for new clients.

You'll work Wednesday and Thursday, with flexible scheduling, opportunity for advancement, and access to wellness services. Candidates should be friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable with POS systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and manage a seamless check-in experience.
Educate clients on IV therapy options and recommend suitable services.
Promote memberships and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Assist with onboarding: waivers, agreements, and profiles.
Support sales and store operations, tracking key metrics.
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting space.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact: Greet clients, answer questions, and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
Educate & recommend: Share the benefits of our IV therapy and wellness services, helping clients select the best options for their needs.
Promote memberships & services: Offer retail products and cross-sell services to enhance the client experience.
Facilitate client onboarding: Ensure all new clients complete required waivers, agreements, and profiles for a smooth and professional introduction to our services.
Support sales & operations: Play a key role in driving store performance by assisting with sales, tracking key metrics, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Administer non-medical wellness services: Provide and oversee non-medical treatments to enhance the client experience.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience: Build lasting client relationships and create a welcoming, engaging environment.
Engage in community outreach: Assist in lead generation, attend community events, contribute to social media efforts, and serve as a brand ambassador to strengthen local partnerships.
Maintain a safe and inviting space: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all wellness and safety protocols.
