Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic tanning consultants to join our team in Omaha. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote products, and drive sales in a commission-driven environment. The role requires maintaining clean facilities and educating clients on tanning health and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates are motivated, personable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to keep customers engaged and informed about our services and promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail is essential for a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, 7+ hours daily.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness and sanitation of equipment.
• Prepares tanning rooms for the next client per Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assists customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
