Palm Beach Tan - Ashley Lynn's, Inc. is seeking outgoing tanning consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a commission-driven environment. Training, discounts, and growth opportunities are offered in a welcoming team setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness, sanitizing equipment, setting up rooms, and educating customers on safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and move for 7+ hours daily.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights/weekends.

• Educates customers on Golden Rules of Tanning and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
