Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC in Tennessee is seeking a Wellness Coach to build relationships with wellness members, especially older adults. You will lead group classes when credentialed, coordinate wellness activities, and collaborate with club leadership to create a welcoming, age-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving older adults and strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with older populations, fall prevention, corrective exercise, or group fitness preferred.
• Senior Fitness, Corrective Exercise, or related specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with wellness members through monthly calls, approved messaging, consultations, and consistent follow-up.
• Lead approved group classes, educational workshops, and senior social events when properly credentialed.
• Build trust through empathy, active listening, reliability, and professional communication.
• Identify appropriate Personal Training, small-group, and wellness-service opportunities without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate schedules, attendance, member notes, outreach activity, and required reporting.
• Partner with club leadership and staff to create a welcoming, safe, age-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with wellness members through monthly calls, approved messaging, consultations, and consistent follow-up.
• Lead approved group classes, educational workshops, and senior social events when properly credentialed.

• Identify appropriate Personal Training, small-group, and wellness-service opportunities without high-pressure sales tactics.

• CPT required to conduct Personal Training; appropriate credentials required for group classes.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, use basic club technology, and maintain professional records.
• Completion of Workout Anytime Wellness Coach certification through Elevate U after the initial evaluation period.

Schedule & Performance

Maintain at least 20 hours of schedule availability, including 5-10 budgeted weekly hours for wellness outreach and group management. Success is measured through member engagement, consultations, participation, referrals, retention, and revenue contribution. Compensation and incentives are established by club ownership.
