Hancock Health is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Hancock Wellness Centers. You will sanitize various areas, remove waste, and ensure safe, welcoming spaces for patients and members.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to infection control procedures, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards throughout the facility. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize fitness, clinical, office, locker room, restroom and common areas.
• Clean high-touch surfaces and maintain sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Remove trash and replace supplies as needed.
• Clean floors, corridors, entryways and other shared spaces.
• Use cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment safely according to procedures.
• Identify areas needing attention and help keep the facility clean and welcoming.
• Collaborate with fitness, clinical and operational teams to support a great experience for patients and members.
• Respond professionally to patients, members, visitors and coworkers.
• Follow infection prevention, safety and organizational policies.
