Job summary

Hancock Health is seeking an Environmental Services team member to help maintain a clean and welcoming Hancock Wellness Centers. You will clean fitness and clinical areas, restrooms, and shared spaces, ensuring safe sanitation and high standards throughout the facility.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well with clinicians, fitness staff, and operations to provide an excellent patient and member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow infection prevention and safety policies.
• Willingness to work as part of a team to maintain clean facilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize fitness, clinical, office, locker room and common areas.
• Maintain high-touch surfaces and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Remove trash and replace supplies as needed.
• Clean floors, corridors, entryways and shared spaces.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to procedures.
• Identify areas needing attention and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support patients and members by collaborating with staff for a great experience.
• Follow facility policies and infection prevention guidelines.
