The role requires prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems. You will support operations, help with inventory, and ensure adherence to Florida regulations and company policies

Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The Budtender provides exceptional service and product knowledge to Florida medical cannabis patients while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. This role is responsible for greeting patients, verifying credentials, processing transactions, and maintaining an inviting, organized, and compliant retail environment. The Budtender serves as a key representative of Mint Cannabis, educating patients on product offerings and ensuring an elevated, compassionate experience at every visit.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting, bending, or reaching up to 25 pounds.
• Visual acuity to accurately read labels, verify identification, and manage transactions.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed primarily in a retail dispensary environment.
• May involve exposure to fluctuating noise levels and lighting typical of retail spaces.

Travel Requirements:
