Eau Resort & Spa in Manalapan, FL, is seeking a Part-Time Fitness/Activities Attendant to join our Forbes Five-Star team. You will supervise the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming space while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate a diverse calendar of fitness and wellness programs. Experience in hospitality is a plus, and you must be 18+ with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Essential Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to maintain Forbes Five-Star standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.

Responsibilities

• Role will supervise the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide backup support for the Kids Club.
• Maintain Forbes Five-Star standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and presentation throughout activities.
• Assist with the development and planning of a diverse calendar of fitness and wellness programs, and extraordinary events.
