Job summary

P&C Recruiting | H.R. is seeking a Manager, Wellfield to oversee ISCR wellfield operations and drive production targets in a safe, cost-efficient manner.

The role demands strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and deep technical oversight to optimize resource recovery and ensure regulatory compliance. The position reports to the General Manager and requires a strong background in chemical engineering or hydrogeology with 10+ years in ISR/hydro-metallurgical settings and leadership

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of ISR wellfield or hydrometallurgical operations experience.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet short- and long-term production targets.
• Direct and oversee ISCR wellfield operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Optimize ISR resource recovery through technical innovation and data analysis.
• Manage expenditures to achieve cost and capital optimization.
• Maintain regulatory compliance.
• Lead wellfield teams including engineers, hydrogeologists, geologists, and maintenance personnel.
• Provide oversight and development of direct reports to align with production goals.
• Foster a safety-focused culture through training and awareness.
• Report KPIs and field activity updates to senior management.
• Coordinate activities across teams, departments, and contractors.
• Manage technical and construction services as needed.
• Drive mine development, pre-production surface construction, and wellfield advancements.
• Ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance and operational activities.
