Job summary

Wings Credit Union is seeking a fitness center assistant to deliver safe, effective, and enjoyable programs for members. You will lead group classes, conduct assessments, and provide wellness coaching with outstanding customer service.

Hours are Mon-Thu 12:00–6:00pm and Fri 12:00–4:00pm, up to 30 hours weekly, with a pay range of $24–$28 per hour plus a 7% annual target bonus. Benefits include health, dental, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 1+ years combined experience in a fitness center or wellness coaching environment preferred.
• 6+ months group fitness instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assist in creating group exercise classes (virtual/in-person).
• Conduct fitness assessments and center orientations; personal training and wellness coaching.
• Assist with health fairs, events, and employee assessments; maintain equipment safety and cleanliness.
