Job summary

• Performs process checks to verify weld compliance and capability.
• Maintains welding process documents and ensures workstation documentation.
• Runs capability studies and documents results.
• Trains personnel on process changes.
• Assists in launches by following sample parts and new jobs.
• Analyzes scrap and rework and suggests corrective actions.
• Assists weld operators and welders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
