Job summary

• Oversee daily maintenance and routine checks of equipment and line components.
• Learn and perform all jobs in the assigned work areas as needed.
• Complete all documentation within operations accurately and timely.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, productivity, and delivery.
• Provide ongoing support for all associates on the line.
• Communicate daily production needs and align expectations with team members.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and take accountability for service issues.
• Ensure proper labeling procedures are followed by all associates.
• Handle additional duties assigned by management.
