Job summary

Snowline Engineering in Cameron Park, CA is seeking a Weld Supervisor to lead the welding department, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. The role coordinates with Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering to align targets with the project plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8-10 years welding experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Able to read blueprints, drawings, specs and manuals.
• Capable of sampling parts to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Strong time management, oral and written communication, and advanced math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crew activities to ensure efficient, safe operations.
• Recommend revised procedures when problems occur.
• Maintain statistical reporting.
• Inventory and restock welding and fabrication supplies.
• Work under direction of Fabrication Manager.
• Supervise employees in weld shop department.
