Job summary

OPW is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Welding Worker to join our Allentown, PA team. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining equipment, structures, and fixtures by applying heat to fuse metal surfaces, using arc and gas welders, flame cutting equipment, and manual tools to assemble components for critical systems.

You will inspect weldments for weaknesses, perform metal cutting or trimming as needed, and support production maintenance under moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of procedures and tools gained through work experience or vocational/technical education.
• Repair & maintenance welding experience preferred.
• Experience in repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment is a plus.
