Job summary

Jennmar Services is seeking full-time Welder and Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant located in Graysville, PA. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and long-term career opportunities in a stable and growing industry.

Responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting prep plant machinery; welding and torching to replace or repair components; assisting with general labor; ensuring MSHA safety compliance; MSHA training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Background in welding/maintenance required.
• MSHA Surface Training provided if needed.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
• Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot prep plant machinery
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements
• Complete MSHA Surface Training (training provided)
