Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Welding Instructor to join our Welding program. We invite experienced welders to apply for this position. While prior teaching experience is not required, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Your expertise and passion for welding will educate and mentor the next generation of skilled professionals, preparing students for in-demand careers in Welding Technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding with listed processes.
• Ability to teach and mentor students; training provided.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance in welding.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety and compliance in welding field.
• Support student growth and accountability.
• Motivate and engage students to foster learning.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Welding Technology.
