Miller-Motte Fayetteville, part of Ancora Education, is seeking a Welding Instructor to deliver classroom and lab instruction and mentor students toward successful outcomes.

The role requires active certification or licensure, 5+ years industry experience within the last decade, and prior teaching or training experience. Responsibilities include ensuring course objectives, maintaining equipment, and complying with accreditation standards.

Competenze

• Active certification or licensure required.
• At least 5 years industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Prior to beginning to teach, instructors either need to have documented prior teaching experience or complete the new instructor training.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor per institutional and accreditation standards.
