What You’ll Do
As a Welding Instructor, you’ll guide students through hands-on training and classroom instruction across multiple welding processes. You’ll help ensure our program stays top-notch by maintaining equipment, supporting program improvements, and adapting lessons to meet the needs of both students and industry partners.

Compensation: The starting salary range of this exempt position will be between $50,000–$56,000 per year. The exact offer will depend on the experience and skills you bring to the position. Candidates should keep in mind that offers near the top of the salary range are reserved for professionals with expert-level, directly relevant experience.
