Doing Steel Fabrication, LLC is seeking reliable workers for our structural steel shop. If you have welding and fitting experience, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with 50‑hour weeks and weekly pay. The role emphasizes accurate measurement, grinding, welding, and teamwork on blueprint-driven projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Welding certificate or MIG welding certification preferred.
• 2 years MIG welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tape measure with accuracy.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for layouts.
• Clean up material by grinding or chipping.
• Spot paints for identification marks on material.
• Operate hand tools as required by job tasks.
• Operate machines used in fabrication.
• Weld components to specification.
• Fit and assemble welded parts per blueprints.
