Job summary

M2X Energy’s Rockledge, FL facility seeks a hands‑on technician to weld, fabricate, and assemble modular gas‑to‑methanol systems. You’ll work with carbon and stainless steel, build frames, piping, and pressure vessels, and interpret drawings to ensure quality and safety in the field.

This full‑time role offers a 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities to advance in automated welding.

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, isometrics, and specs.
• Proficiency with FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, GTAW on carbon and stainless steels.
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural frames, piping systems, and pressure vessels according to drawings, codes, and weld procedures.
• Cut, fit, and assemble materials for modular skids and process systems.
• Read and follow fabrication drawings, isometrics, and weld callouts.
• Assemble equipment, piping, valves, and controls into sub-skids/modules.
• Install basic wiring and electrical components per assembly instructions.
• Conduct inspections and ensure QA/QC compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and technicians to troubleshoot and meet timelines.
