Job summary

Hendrickson in Ohio is seeking a dedicated welder to set up and operate welding systems and plasma cutters, lay out and tack-weld parts, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment. You will meet production standards and carry out basic quality checks using simple measuring tools.

Responsibilities include reporting daily activities, maintaining a safe, clean work area, and complying with the Quality Management System while maintaining regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerance.
• Must pass Hendrickson weld test -2G or be a certified welder.
• Be able to physically lift 65 lbs.
• Ability to safely operate lift equipment, including forklift.
• Must be able to read and write legibly.
• Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions.
• Good attendance record is required.
• Requires strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
