Hendrickson in Hebron, OH is seeking a Welding/Fabrication Associate for 1st shift. You will supply and operate welding systems, lay out parts, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring quality through basic measurements.

A strong team player with safety focus is essential. The role requires reading blueprints, passing a weld test or holding a certification, and the ability to lift 65 lbs and operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerance.
• Must pass Hendrickson weld test -2G or be a certified welder.
• Able to lift 65 lbs.
• Able to operate lift equipment, including forklift.
• Must be able to read and write legibly.
• Must meet production standards and follow instructions.
• Good attendance record is required.
• Requires strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
