Selected interns are assigned based on their field of study and interests within our company. These interns gain hands‑on experience by completing challenging projects that apply their field of study to real world applications in manufacturing. Mentors and managers provide tools and guidance to prepare interns for success in the workplace and the classroom. We aim to teach and model soft skills such as professionalism, communication, resourcefulness, collaboration, and respect in addition to offering opportunities to gain experience and practice within their skillset. Projects are planned based on anticipated departmental needs but may be altered based on business needs or selected intern's skills or interests.

Intern should be prepared to spend time working on the plant floor in addition to the office environment. Appropriate safety training and PPE will be provided.
