• Strong knowledge of welding codes, standards (e.g., AWS, ASME), and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and specifications.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for welding defects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic welding systems and programming.
• Familiarity with non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods and interpretation.
• Project management experience, particularly in leading welding‑related projects.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or Certified Welding Engineer (CWE) certification.
