Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Welding Engineer to develop, optimize, and support welding processes in a vehicle manufacturing setting. You will partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure weld quality, drive continuous improvement, and support new product launches.

You will define welding procedures and parameters, investigate defects with root-cause analysis, and ensure compliance with AWS, ISO, and IATF 16949 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in welding engineering or weld process development within a manufacturing setting.
• AWS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements & Conditions

• Lift up to 40 lbs with assistance and perform frequent standing, walking, and bending.

• Successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
