Verto People Ltd is seeking a Welding Engineer to own welding engineering activities across the business, ensuring procedures, qualifications and quality standards meet customer and industry requirements.
The role focuses on developing and qualifying welding procedures, managing documentation, and supporting production and project teams in Houston, Texas, with a hands-on background preferred and exposure to pressure vessels, valves, and pipelines.

The successful Welding Engineer will have a strong background in welding procedures, welding quality, and industrial fabrication, with the ability to manage welding qualifications, documentation, and customer requirements.
Experience within pressure vessels, valves, pipeline, industrial fabrication, or similar regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
This role would suit a candidate in one of the following positions: Welding Engineer, Welding Quality Engineer, Welding Specialist, Welding Inspector, Welding Supervisor, Welding Engineer / Quality Engineer, Mechanical Engineer.
A hands-on welding background is highly desirable, with candidates who have progressed from production welding into technical, quality, or engineering roles particularly encouraged to apply.
