Job summary

Arc Mechanical in the United States is seeking skilled Welders and Fitters to join our team in industrial manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on manual welding and fitting with careful interpretation of blueprints.

You will work indoors using manual welding equipment to complete projects for our industrial customers, ensuring safety and quality. Relevant experience preferred; weld test required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding and fitting experience.
• Technical diploma in welding or metal fabrication required.
• Certified Welder (AWS) certification preferred.
• Weld test will be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual welding and fitting according to project specifications.
• Weld carbon steel and stainless steel pipes (tig, stick).
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for fabrication.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.

This role involves performing manual welding and fitting tasks with a strong focus on interpreting blueprints accurately and maintaining rigorous safety standards. Candidates will mainly work indoors using manual welding equipment to complete projects for our industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual welding and fitting tasks according to project specifications
• Ability to weld carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, tig, stick etc...
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required specifications
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate fabrication
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in welding and fitting
• Technical diploma in welding or metal fabrication
• Certified Welder (e.g., AWS Certification)
• Pay based upon experience. Weld test required.
