Job summary

Exmark, a division of The Toro Company in Beatrice, Nebraska, seeks a skilled welder for 3rd shift. You will read project plans, load parts into welding jigs, and perform MIG tack and seam welds. Set up welding cells, buff welded surfaces, and ensure quality to meet production standards.

Starting pay is $22.24 per hour plus a $2 shift differential, totaling $24.24 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holidays, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and diagrams.
  • Experience with MIG tack and seam welds as required.
  • Ability to follow standard work procedures and instructions.
  • Experience using power tools is helpful.

3rd Shift Hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Starting Pay

Starting Pay: $22.24 + $2/hour shift differential = $24.24

What Will You Do?
  • Reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand.
  • Selecting appropriate weld jig, positions and secures piece parts in weld jig by loading parts by hand or by hoist.
  • Performing MIG tack welds and seam welds based on project needs
  • Setting up welding cells for production runs.
  • Buffing and inspecting welded surfaces to insure quality standards are met.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
  • Experience in using power tools helpful.
